01Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Regulatory Leadership Partners LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that operates Regulatory Jobs (“Regulatory Jobs,” “we,” “us”). They govern your use of regulatoryjobs.com and everything on it, including accounts, applications, job postings, paid plans, job alerts, our tools and the AI assistant (the “Services”). By using the Services, or by ticking the box when you create an account, you accept these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy explain how we handle personal information and form part of these Terms.

02Who can use Regulatory Jobs

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use the Services for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” includes that organization.

03Accounts

Give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the colleagues you invite to an employer account. Tell us at once at [email protected] if you think your account has been compromised.

04For candidates

• Your profile is visible to employers. Registered employers can search and view candidate profiles and résumés, as our Privacy Policy explains. Only include what you are happy for them to see.
• Be truthful. Your profile, résumé and applications must be accurate and your own.
• No guarantee of a job. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or responses, and we are not party to any employment relationship. Hiring decisions are the employer’s alone.
• Applying elsewhere. Some listings send you to the employer’s own site; that employer’s terms apply there.

Regulatory Jobs is free for candidates.

05For employers

• Real jobs only. Post genuine, open roles that you are authorized to fill, with accurate titles, locations, requirements and, where the law requires it, pay ranges.
• Lawful postings. Postings must comply with employment, equal-opportunity and pay-transparency laws, and must not ask candidates for fees.
• Your responsibility. You are responsible for your postings, your communications with candidates and your hiring decisions.
• Focus of the board. Regulatory Jobs is for regulatory, quality and clinical roles in the life sciences. We may edit, decline or close postings outside that focus, including through automated screening; a paid posting is reviewed by a person before any action is taken on it.

06Using candidate information

As an employer you agree that you will:

• use candidate profiles, résumés, applications, messages and exports only to evaluate and contact candidates about real roles;
• never use them to discriminate on the basis of any protected characteristic, including gender, and never base a decision on optional profile details a candidate was not required to give;
• never sell, share or publish them, add candidates to marketing lists, or use them to build a competing database;
• keep them secure, limit access to the people involved in hiring, and delete them when you no longer need them for that role or as the law requires; and
• comply with the privacy laws that apply to you. For the candidate information you receive, you act as an independent controller, responsible for your own use of it.

We may suspend an employer account that misuses candidate information, and we will cooperate with candidates and regulators who raise a concern.

07Paid plans and payments

• Prices. Single postings, subscription plans, boosts and any introductory offers are described on our employer pages, and the price is shown before you pay. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless your checkout shows a local currency.
• Payment. Payments are taken by Stripe by card or another method Stripe offers at checkout; card details never reach our servers. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
• Renewal. Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your billing settings, which stops future renewals.
• Taxes and refunds. Prices exclude taxes unless stated. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will look into it; anything the law requires us to refund, we will.
• Price changes. We will tell subscribers about a price change before it applies to their next renewal.

08Job listings and company pages

Listings come from employers who post them and from employers’ public career pages, which we collect and organize. We work to keep them accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that a listing is complete, accurate, still open or genuine, and we do not endorse any employer. Check the details with the employer before you rely on them, and tell us if something looks wrong.

Company pages describe employers active in our field and stay on the site as a record of that employer’s presence, whether or not it has open roles at the time. If you represent a company and want its page corrected, contact us.

09AI features

Our AI assistant, profile builder and job-description drafting use third-party AI models, as our Privacy Policy describes. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review anything it produces before you rely on it or send it to someone, and don’t treat it as legal, immigration, tax or career advice. Matching itself uses no AI: it applies fixed rules to function, level, location, skills, sector and certifications. The Strong, Possible or Low band an employer sees, and the reasons a candidate sees for a recommended role, are an aid to sorting, not a judgment of anyone’s suitability; hiring decisions are made by people.

10Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post anything false, misleading, discriminatory, defamatory, harassing or unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights;
• impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation;
• scrape, copy or harvest listings, profiles or other data, manually or with automated tools, or use them to train AI models;
• contact candidates or employers for anything other than genuine recruiting, or send spam;
• interfere with the Services, probe for vulnerabilities, or access accounts or data you are not authorized to access; or
• use the Services in breach of any law.

If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to [email protected] instead of testing it further.

11Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload, such as your profile, résumé, job postings, company information and logos. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce and process that content, including through the service providers in our Privacy Policy, as needed to run, show and improve the Services, for as long as it is on the Services and for a reasonable time afterwards for backups and legal records. Employers also allow us to show their name, logo and postings on Regulatory Jobs and in our job alerts.

If you believe content on Regulatory Jobs infringes your copyright or other rights, write to [email protected] with the content’s address and the basis for your claim, and we will review it promptly.

12Our intellectual property

The Services, including their design, software, text, articles, tools and the Regulatory Jobs name and logo, belong to Regulatory Leadership Partners LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use them only as these Terms allow.

13Third-party services

The Services link to and work with other services, such as employers’ career sites, Stripe, Google and LinkedIn sign-in, and Zoom. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them; their own terms apply when you use them.

14Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law permits, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that listings or AI output are accurate, or that using the Services will lead to a job or a hire.

15Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, Regulatory Jobs and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Regulatory Jobs and its affiliates from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, your postings or hiring decisions, or your misuse of candidate information.

17Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services at any time, and ask us to close your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect candidates, employers or the Services. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. Sections that by their nature should survive (including candidate-data obligations, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law) survive termination.

18Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute about the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to venue there. Before starting any proceeding, please write to us; most concerns are resolved faster that way. If you use the Services as a consumer in a country whose law gives you rights that cannot be waived by contract, nothing in these Terms takes those rights away.

19Changes and revision history

We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. The effective date above always shows the current version. If a change is material, we will tell account holders by email or on the site before it takes effect; continuing to use the Services afterwards means you accept it.

20General

If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services, except where you have signed a separate written agreement with us, which governs its own subject matter. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor to the business.
