Stoke Therapeutics is a biotechnology company that develops RNA medicines using its TANGO (Targeted Augmentation of Nuclear Gene Output) platform. The platform upregulates protein expression to address the underlying cause of severe genetic diseases. Its mission is to restore protein levels and change the trajectory of these diseases. Its lead investigational candidate, zorevunersen (STK-001), is being developed for Dravet syndrome, a severe genetic epilepsy. The company is also developing STK-002 for autosomal dominant optic atrophy (ADOA).
