Ocular Therapeutix

Ocular Therapeutix is a biopharmaceutical company that develops and commercializes therapies for retinal diseases and other eye conditions. It uses its ELUTYX bioresorbable hydrogel-based formulation technology to deliver sustained drug release. Its commercial products are DEXTENZA, an intracanalicular insert for post-surgical ocular inflammation and pain and for allergic conjunctivitis, and ReSure Sealant. Its lead pipeline candidate is AXPAXLI (OTX-TKI), a tyrosine kinase inhibitor implant for wet age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy.
